Chefs bio's

Mr K P Chang (Walter) and Mr J M Albuquerque (Mario) joined Ruby M's about 2 years ago as Chef's. Mario is responsible for the Indian side of the menu whilst Walter looks after the Indo-Chinese section. Both have come with a number of years experience behind them. They have created a wonderful new Menu to please most tastes. There are still the old favourites like Tandoor Wings and Lamb chop sizzler.

Decor is excellent, pleasant staff and the FOOD is unbeliavable.

The head chef aslo made a point of coming to our table to recommend we change our order slightly so the dishes we had ordered would work together.

I have visited numerous London bars and resaurants over the years. However, I keep coming back back to one which has become a favourite Ruby Ms.

The Goan Fish, Handy Lamb and chillie fish to name but a few dishes have.
